Champers Direct guarantee your satisfaction when it comes to delivering luxury Gifts. Whether it is a UK Gift Delivery or International Gift Delivery, if you have any complaint or are dissatisfied with our service in any way, please contact us immediately.
It doesn't matter what it is, you are entitled to cancel your order for a refund if you are not entirely satisfied with any of our products.
Simply return the gift in the same condition to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We cannot refund courier or postage charges already incurred when despatching your gift and if, through no fault of our own or our couriers, we are unable to deliver your gift. If we are instructed to uplift, to return your gift, we will refund the gift less the cost of delivery (both outward and return).
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
