Terms and Conditions:
1. Age Restriction
It is Illegal to Sell Alcohol to Anyone Under the Age of 18. We therefore will not sell to anyone who is not 18 years of age or over, as the law clearly requires. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are buying an Alcohol related product/s as a gift - the recipient must also be over 18 years old. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the order is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately our couriers will be unable to leave the products.
The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out in the web site. If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item concerned. All UK prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. For export orders the price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order. The delivery rates will be displayed in the Gift Delivery and Special Delivery Options sections of the web site.
If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will notify you as soon as possible, you may select an alternative gift or you will receive a full refund should you decide to cancel your order. We reserve the right to provide alternative years/vintages where appropriate and/or to substitute brands (in case of Louis Cristal 1997/1999/2000 we reserve the right to ship in either Gold Presentation Boxes or a wooden Gift Box at time of order depending on stock availability at time of ordering-please check with our sales team at time of order) if items are unavailable or out of stock and if we are unable to contact you personally through the contact details provided and/or the orders are time sensitive.
4. UK Delivery
We deliver to addresses in mainland UK (England, Wales, Scotland). Saturday deliveries, orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Scottish Isles will attract an additional surcharge. Please go to Gift Delivery or Special Delivery Options or you can contact us firstname.lastname@example.org or Tel: 01325 313 126 at anytime for further details.
Orders should be placed before 4.00pm for Next Working Day delivery on by 4.00pm on a Friday for Saturday deliveries. Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not treated as working days. Orders placed late Friday and over the weekend will normally be processed on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Delivery times may be affected if there are stock availability problems or other unforeseen circumstances and on rare occasions items do run out-of-stock.
For your security, the courier's paperwork must be signed, either at the recipients address or a neighbouring address in order to acknowledge receipt of the goods. If our courier attempts delivery at the delivery address, specified in the order, or as a fall-back attempts delivery with a neighbour but cannot deliver the goods, the courier leave a calling card detailing information on how to rearrange delivery or collet the goods from a local depot. Please note that the appointed courier company can only arrange a specific re-delivery date, and cannot arrange a specific re-delivery time.

For returned orders only the cost of the products ordered is refunded less the cost of both the outward and inward associated carriage.

This helps us provide you the best prices on products we can, and helps ensure packages will get delivered.
